3. Metal-Only Policy

Industrial Recycling accepts metal materials only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all loads are free of trash, debris, and non-metal materials.

We reserve the right to:

Reject any load

Apply deductions for contamination

Refuse service at our discretion

4. Material Ownership & Legal Compliance

By delivering materials, you confirm that:

You are the lawful owner of the materials

The materials are not stolen or restricted

You have the legal right to sell or recycle the materials

Identification may be required in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is based on:

Current market conditions

Material type

Weight and quality

Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Roll-Off Container Services

Industrial Recycling provides roll-off containers for contractors, businesses, and approved customers.

Customers agree to:

Use containers for metal materials only

Not overload containers beyond safe limits

Not place prohibited or hazardous materials in containers

Provide safe access for delivery and pickup

Additional fees may apply for:

Contaminated loads

Overweight containers

Improper use

7. Site Safety & Conduct

All visitors must follow posted safety rules while on-site.

Customers agree to:

Operate vehicles safely

Follow staff instructions

Exercise caution around equipment and traffic

8. Release of Liability (Material Drop-Off)

By entering the property and delivering materials, you acknowledge that:

Scrap yards involve heavy equipment and potential hazards

You assume all risks associated with being on the premises

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Industrial Recycling, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims related to injury, damage, or loss occurring on-site.

9. Roll-Off Container Hold Harmless Agreement

By requesting or using a roll-off container, you agree to:

Assume all responsibility for the use and placement of the container

Ensure the container is used only for approved materials

Accept liability for any damage to property, surfaces, or surroundings

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Industrial Recycling from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Improper use of containers

Overloading or misuse

Placement on private or public property

Injuries related to container use

10. Limitation of Liability

Industrial Recycling shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Delays in service

Loss of materials or value

11. Changes to Terms
